Hulk Hogan is being sued by John Graziano, the man who was critically injured in an Aug. 26 car crash involving Hogan’s son Nick. The lawsuit says the wrestler, whose real name is Terry Bollea, and his estranged wife, Linda, are liable as the parents of 17-year-old Nick Bollea. Lawyers say Graziano - who wasn’t wearing a seat belt - was left in a semiconscious state and will require care for the rest of his life. An attorney says millions of dollars will be sought. Nick Bollea is facing a criminal charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. /AP
Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon’s marriage was officially annulled Monday, according to documents filed in Superior Court. The documents listed fraud as the reason for the annulment but did not include further details. Salomon and Anderson, 40, were married Oct. 6 in Las Vegas then separated Dec. 13. /AP
A New York judge has ordered Georgia man Brady Green to stay away from Tyra Banks or face going to jail. According to a criminal complaint, Green has followed Banks from coast to coast since January, sent her letters and flowers and tried to telephone her, causing Banks to fear that she was in danger. /AP
Sean “Diddy” Combs has settled a lawsuit brought by Gerard Rechnitzer, who claims Combs punched him after a post-Oscar party outside a Hollywood hotel. The terms of the deal were not disclosed in court papers posted Monday on TMZ.com. /AP
The Smashing Pumpkins are suing Virgin Records, saying the record label has illegally used their name and music in promotional deals that hurt the band’s credibility with fans. In a breach-of-contract lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, the rockers said they have “worked hard for over two decades to accumulate a considerable amount of goodwill in the eyes of the public,” and that Virgin’s use of the band in a “Pepsi Stuff” promotion with Amazon.com and Pepsi Co. threatens their reputation for “artistic integrity.” /AP
Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry, 57, is recovering after successful total knee replacement surgery on March 18. Perry had put off the surgery for two years. He’ll head home from an undisclosed hospital soon to continue his recovery through the rest of the year. /USAT 1D
The neurosurgeon who operated on Grammy-winning Tejano singer Emilio Navaira warned that the performer “might not make it” after suffering a horrific head injury when the 26,000-pound bus he was driving slammed into an interchange barrier on a Houston-area freeway. Navaira was propelled through the windshield. Police believe Navaira was not licensed to drive the bus. /AP
Neil Aspinall, a longtime friend of the Beatles who managed the band’s Apple Corps music empire and was dubbed “the fifth Beatle,” died Sunday night after a two-month battle with lung cancer. He was 66. Aspinall’s death was announced Monday in a statement from surviving Beatles Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, the widows of John Lennon and George Harrison, and the band’s Apple Corps Ltd. company. /USAT 1D, AP
Former madam Andreia Schwartz says the story in The Post yesterday that former Gov. Eliot Spitzer paid to watch couples have sex may be false. Schwartz claims she told the paper she was giving them third-hand information, but that detail didn’t make it into the story. /DN 21
The mayor of Detroit is the latest politician to be caught in a sex scandal. Kwame Kilpatrick was charged with perjury after sexually explicit text messages surfaced that showed he was lying when he told a grand jury he wasn’t sleeping with a top aide. /DN 19
Families of those killed in the Virginia Tech massacre would receive $100,000 each under a settlement the state is proposing to prevent lawsuits, according to a victim’s relative who asked to remain anonymous. /DN 16
