Everybody had a finger in choosing that. Jordin Sparks said she laughed when she read report she had a life threatening vocal chord injury. Sparks confirmed in an email to MTV News that her vocal chord was hemorrhaging, but says her injury was never career threatening and she’ll be back on the road in a few weeks. /NYP 87

Mindy McCready is dishing about her decade-long affair with Roger Clemens in an attempt to revive her career, McCready’s father has told the Post. McCready is apparently working on a documentary, reality show and a new album. Ashley Alexandra Dupre slapped “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis with a $10 million lawsuit claiming she was duped into posing for the cameras. Dupre claims she was 17 when the shots were taken and was liquored up by “GGW” employees who then convinced her to expose her breasts. /NYP 3

A Manhattan judge yesterday barred Tricia Walsh-Smith – who made headlines after venting about her divorce in videos posted on YouTube – from filming her rants in her Park Avenue apartment. But both the judge and her husband’s lawyer acknowledged she can say whatever she wants to whomever she wants and broadcast it to the world. Philip Smith is divorcing Tricia on the grounds that she’s been cruel and inhumane to him. In the latest YouTube video posted over the weekend, Tricia says the only cruel thing she ever did to her husband was make him put skim milk in his cappuccino. /NYP 15
