Kevin Federline’s lawyer says he may try to subpoena video footage that apparently shows Britney Spears running a red light at a Hollywood Hills intersection while driving with their two young sons in the back seat. The footage, which was posted on TMZ.com, could support the lawyer’s request to keep Spears from driving her children around. /AP, NYP 23

Dr. Jan Adams, a plastic surgeon who claims to have operated on Kanye West’s mother before she died, has told TMZ that he did nothing wrong, and believes that her death could have been caused by other medical problems. Adams said he performed a tummy tuck and breast reduction on Donda West, but that she might have died from a heart attack, pulmonary embolism, or massive vomiting. An autopsy is scheduled for today. /AP

Boy George was charged Tuesday with falsely imprisoning a 28-year-old man, British police said. The 47-year old singer, whose real name is George O’Dowd, has been ordered to appear before a court on Nov. 22. The Sun newspaper reported in April that a Norwegian man, Auden Karlsen, 28, claimed he was chained and threatened at O’Dowd’s London flat, where he had gone as a photo model. /AP
